Service Description

StreetMock AI provides AI-generated apparel mockups from user-provided designs and selected product settings. The service is operated by VANT and available at vantonline.com/streetmock-ai.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for owning or having the necessary rights and permissions to use any designs, logos, artwork, or other content you upload to the service. VANT does not claim ownership over your uploaded designs.

Commercial Rights

Paid credit packs (Starter, Creator, and Studio) include commercial usage rights for the generated mockups. You may use them in your e-commerce store, social media, advertising, and marketing materials. These rights apply to the output, not the input design if it contains third-party intellectual property.

Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed only after a successful mockup generation is completed. Failed provider responses do not consume credits. Unused credits from paid packs are eligible for refund consideration within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable Use

The service may refuse or remove content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise prohibited. You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.

Service Availability

Service availability depends on third-party AI infrastructure and payment providers. VANT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or infrastructure issues may cause temporary service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the service website.
